The aim of this work is to develop therapeutic approaches for pregnant women with chronic viral hepatitis B and C (CHB and CHC), taking into account the psychopathological symptoms, level of anxiety and subjective assessment of quality of life. The study included 493 pregnant women, of whom 156 (31.6 %) were diagnosed with CHB and 337 (68.4 %) women with diagnosis of CHC. For qualifying the level of mental health we used the following methods: clinical psychopathological, clinical and psychological scales (Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Rose of Quality of Life Scale). During the clinical-psychopathological examination of absence of mental disorders was identified in 82 patients (16.6 %), neurotic disorders (F4) have been reported in 109 pregnant women (22.1 %), personality disorders (F6) were diagnosed in 28 pregnant women (5.9 %), affective disorders (F3) were identified in 19 patients (3.8 %), organic disorders (F0) were diagnosed in 15 patients (3.0 %). In most patients (240 - 48.6 %) mental state was characterized by psychodisadaptive syndrome with severe asthenic manifestations. More than half of the pregnant women had a high anxiety level and a low level of quality of life. The 3-stage psychorehabilitative programs have been developed.
