Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the faculty requirements

The article is devoted to issues of an optimal pedagogical communication and features of the faculty requirements in particular. The author enlightens the most common mistakes committed by the faculty when presenting certain requirements to the students. The relations between the teacher's requirements to the students and features of his or her personal and professional development are considered.
