Psychological peculiarities of the long distance sailor’s suffering from loneliness

The researcher analyses the psychological character and determinants of loneliness of a person working in specific conditions. The article contains the results of empirical survey of psychological peculiarities of long distance sailor’s suffering from loneliness. Suffering from loneliness is considered to be connected with individual peculiarities, marital status and the degree of professional «burn-out».
