Psychological features of uncompetitive entrepreneurs

The author publishes the results of psychological research of uncompetitive entrepreneurs based on comparative psychological analysis. A comparison is carried out with entrepreneurs, having a high level of competitiveness on the criteria of the most important personal and professional qualities. The author substantiates a concept of the psychological complexity of business activities, where competitiveness is the major factor; describes psychological problems and difficulties associated with its formation. A general psychological portrait of an uncompetitive employer is demonstrated. The author shows that the lack of personal and professional characteristics leads to extreme situations in business and reduces competitiveness of entrepreneur.
