A lawyer’s psychological culture and its development on different levels of higher education

The article dwells on the state and perspectives of demand for psychology in professional development of a lawyer’s personality in conditions of updating legal education in Russia. After having analyzed domestic and foreign surveys in this field, the author defines psychological content and the structure of the phenomena of professional psychological competency and psychological culture of a lawyer, suggests measures to overcome drawbacks in psychological training of lawyers.
