Spatially-spectral analysis of binary diffractive optical elements coded using the complex-conjugated addition

The binary coding of diffractive optical elements using the complex-conjugated addition to satisfy technology requirements of manufacturing of optical elements is considered. Analytical and numerical investigation of a spatial spectrum of the coded elements and formation of additional diffractive orders is executed. Creation of the axial distribution of intensity on the basis of an interference of the main and additional diffractive orders is investigated in paraxial approach.
