Production and commercial activity of the North Caucasus ethnic minorities

The analysis of employment status of the North Caucasus ethnic minorities allows us to make a conclusion that government authorities have to concentrate on main directions of the solution to this very complicated problem, and special attention should be given to professional priorities, skills, customs and traditions of each ethnic minority.
