Program-target regulation of agroindustrial complex development in Timashevsky district of Krasnodar region

The role of program-target regulation in the development of the agroindustrial complex is reflected. The analysis of the municipal program of the Timashevsky district «Creating conditions for the development of agricultural production» is carried out. The activities of the program, the volume and sources of their financing, types of financial support for agricultural producers are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the advantages of the program-target method of regulation and the disadvantages of the analyzed program. In order to improve the municipal regulation of agriculture, it is proposed to expand the municipal forms and methods of supporting its development.
