Forecast of socio-economic development of small businesses in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

It proposes activities aimed at supporting small businesses in the current difficult period of the pandemic. It is emphasized that even in conditions of economic stability, most financial and administrative resources either do not reach practical implementation or bring much less effect than planned. It is noted that small businesses are currently experiencing extremely difficult times, as most entrepreneurs have virtually no reserves to cover the losses that formed during downtime. A forecast is made of the socio-economic development of small business in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, on the basis of which measures of state support are developed.
