In this article, the author considers the concept of forming tools for trade Union marketing. The objective necessity of using marketing tools in the activities of trade Union organizations is analyzed. The main principles of trade Union marketing functioning that must be taken into account in the activity of a trade Union organization are identified. These principles are interrelated and represent a whole range of different activities that have a mutual impact on each other. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that trade Union marketing can be considered as a new direction of social innovation.
