Professionally personal position of a teacher

The article presents the position of a teacher as an educator according to the unity of the personal and professional components. It is considered as a way of implementing the teacher's basic values in the professional activity, presupposing the unification of consciousness with the professional activity. The article shows the role of reflection in the formation and manifestation of the professional position of a teacher. The article describes the technique of combining three «mirrors» of reflection while creating the pedagogical activity (“pedagogical”, “child”, “developing”). The article proves that the pedagogical position is the most clearly manifested within the interaction of a teacher with children.
