Profession of a sportsman: comparative and legal aspect

Various countries depending on specifics of a social and economic and political system form conditions for development of mass and professional sports. The Labor Code of the Russian Federation in Art. 351 recognized a sportsman as a special subject of labor legal relationship. It is necessary to precisely characterize its status taking into account the international experience.
