Project management in Russia and abroad

The article examines the experience of project management in Russia in comparison with other countries that are introducing project management techniques for project implementation. project management is a mature scientific and practical area of management, and due to a transparent organizational structure, it allows you to maximize efficiency in terms of such indicators as: productivity, project timing and costs of planning and project implementation. In addition, projects can be implemented in various organizational structures, since PM is based on project and system analysis. Therefore, in our country it is necessary to create our own integrated project management system, develop our own methodologies, and also improve the qualifications of the existing management personnel.
