The process of globalization of the economy and social and labor relations

This article presents the problems of modern society in the context of social and labor relations associated with the process of globalization. The employee loses its traditional benefits-a stable income, the opportunity to use the services of medicine and education, and others. The very concept of the family as the basic unit of society is lost. As a result, a new and yet unstable class is formed, which is called the precariat. Many of the pressing challenges of globalization require strong-willed solutions not only from employers but also from public institutions.
