Letter of request procedure and some issues of securing evidence

The article provides a legal analysis of the issues of procedures for a letter of request. institutions for providing evidence and letters of request are, of course, necessary and significant for the Russian civil process. Their application serves to comprehensive, objective, complete and timely establishment of the circumstances of the case and its resolution in accordance with the norms of substantive and procedural law. The author came to the conclusion that letters of request are one of the means of interaction between courts of various territorial entities, or foreign courts and competent authorities of foreign states in the process of legal proceedings.
