Problems of protection against sea piracy in the modern world

Object of a research of this article is modern sea piracy. The author puts forward the thesis according to which piracy is the global problem causing significant damage to all world community (as proof, in addition, statistical data are referred). The reasons of this problem are defined and ways of her solution are proposed.
