Problems of introducing quality management in the Russian tax system

Quality management is actively being introduced into the public sphere. In particular, the Federal Tax Service in the Strategic Map for 2019-2021 led the way in the formation of a quality management system at all levels of the tax system. However, there are a number of problems during the implementation of this direction.
