Currently, there are several issues that arise in the process of management of innovative activity of universities. This bureaucracy, a lack of coordination between the various units of the University involved in one innovation project to another. The author analyzed the innovation activity of universities and selected management methods which promote increase of innovative activity of institutions of higher education.
