Problems of creating technological clusters in the Republic of Tyva

The paper considers the current state study of technological clusters in the Republic of Tyva, definitions of the concept of technological clusters are given, the main attention is paid to the development and substantiation of recommendations main problems and prospects for the development of technological clusters in this border region have been identified. The paper shows that: - the region is associated with problems not only of a legislative-legal, institutional character, but also of a natural-geographical and infrastructural one. - the possibilities and prospects for the development of technological clusters development in the Republic of Tyva are associated with the creation of preferential conditions for the reindustrialization of the regional economy. Recommendations for the creation of technological clusters in the economy of the Republic of Tyvathrough the formation and implementation of preferential conditions, have been developed and substantiated. It was proposed: to start working on the creation of preferential conditions for the reindustrialization of the region’s economy.
