Problems of society development in Ukraine in conditions of transformation of public relations

The article analyzes the development of civil society in Ukraine, the factors affecting this process: features of mentality of different regions of country; the need to simultaneously solve the problem of constructing of the national, democratic and legal state, the lack of unity in the national political elite.
