Problems of tax administrating in the Vologda region

Problems of tax administrating are the problems of achieving the balance between the taxpayers and the state interests, as well as, problems of calculation and payment of taxes sufficient for the functioning of the state. In this article the problems of the functioning of the tax system in the Vologda region and their apparent causes have been analyzed.
