The issues of court orders fulfillment

The article deals with the analysis of the Russian legislation provisions that regulate implementation of measures, aimed to provide the claim. Types and characteristics of interim measures and the procedure to execute the court order on providing the claim are presented. The author suggests that Federal Law «On Enforcement Proceedings» should be amended and proposes the definition of the concept interim measure.
