Problems and risks of managing agricultural enterprise in modern conditions

The article provides a description of the risks inherent in agro-industrial enterprises, presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of risk management in agro-industrial enterprises using the example of Rusagro Group of Companies. It is concluded that agricultural enterprises are characterized by industry, operational and financial risks. Risk management measures are considered, which are important in building an effective risk management system in the management system of agro-industrial complex enterprises.
