Problems of formation of management teams in modern Russian enterprises

The article discusses the problems associated with the formation of management teams in modern Russian enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the benefits of team building, approaches to team building and the role of leaders in this process. A historical excursus to the system of managerial decisions of the Soviet era is made.
