Problem aspects of cases on joint property distribution

This article is devoted to problematic issues and aspects of cases related to the division of jointly acquired property between spouses. The main problems are examined in detail, and recommendations are given for their elimination. The relations related to the unfair legal behavior of ex-spouses and the reflection of this behavior on subsequent proceedings in a court of law are analyzed, as well as a separate issue related to the recognition of a marriage contract as a fair guide in a divorce proceedings.
