Surrogacy issues in the Russian law

The article is devoted to one of the stories of Russian law - surrogacy. Sciences, including medicine, do not stand still, and each of the innovation should have legitimate reasons. Surrogacy, to date, though a way out of the predicament in the lives of many Russian families, yet still quite unclear. With this article I want to clarify this is now widespread, and most importantly, the need for action.
