The problem of legal regulation of the decrease of land plots under construction in Moscow

The article is devoted to the legal regulation of the seizure of land for construction in Moscow. The article considers the accession to Moscow of territories formerly belonging to the Moscow region. The problems in the sphere of legal regulation that have arisen as a result of accession are revealed. The main novels of the adopted law are considered and evaluated.
