The problem of motivation in personnel management of an organization

The article is devoted to the issues of motivation in personnel management of an organization. The role of motivation of the personnel in their professional activity of the organization is updated. The essence of the concepts «motivation» and «stimulation» is specified. Incentives and key performance indicators of the personnel motivation system of the organization are presented in this paper.
