The presence of world in acmeism and the O. Mandelstam’s poetics

Бесплатный доступ

In this article we attempt to reconstruct the image of the world presented in the poetics of Acmeism, and its reflection in the poetry of O. Mandelstam. The study was carried out using a content-analysis of the use of lexemes “world”, “here”, “now”, “you and I”, based on the corpus of acmeists’ lyrics. The world turns into a pragmatic variable context-determined value, the corner point updating the reference areas and predication structures. As here and now, the lexeme world is not strictly correlated with the point of view of speaker or listener, represented by the pronouns “I and you”: the subject of communication may be located in the same locus, corresponding to two “possible worlds” and in two different loci at the same time. However, this configuration of index of references corresponds to the declared by acmeists task not only talk about the world and about this world, but also to give him to manifest and bring all alone.
