Priority forms of financial and economic state support of small and medium enterprises in Altai region

Under the modern conditions for effective regional development it is important to support small and medium businesses within the framework of all Russian Federation state power bodies’ activities. The article deals with the improvement of the infrastructure of the state support for small and medium business subjects by means of establishing a business incubator; the use of various kinds of financial and economic forms of support at the Russian Federation subject level - subsidies, grants, guarantees, sureties, aimed to development small and medium entrepreneurship in the region; training entrepreneurs, as highly qualified experts in economy.
