Principle of unity of destiny of the ground area and the object connected with it. The theory and practice

In this article author from practical point of view reviews one of the grounds of Russian land law - principle of close connection of the land and real estate (buildings), situated on it, provided in the first article of the Land Code of Russian Federation. Author gives particular attention to the problems of compliance of this principle during executive procedure, including cases when real property is arrested. Author proposes for deliberation most frequent situations in this area and ways of their solution according to the Russian land and civil law.
