Application of mathematical modeling to optimize the business process "Opening of financing" of the branch of JSC "Russian Railways" (DCCN)

We consider the use of mathematical modeling as a tool to optimize business processes on the example of the implementation of the investment program of the branch of JSC “Russian Railways” - Directorate for Capital Construction of Communication Networks (DCCN). The constructed model of the “Opening of financing” business process is described, calculations of its cost and implementation time are demonstrated. In conclusion, the figures indicate the possible savings after the implementation of the process of reengineering.
