Application of outsourcing to increase the efficiency of machine building enterprises operation

The article defines the approaches to management of machine-building enterprise on the basis of outsourcing concept. The organization of the outsourcing system for non-core activities and individual management functions of a machinebuilding enterprise has been substantiated economically. The analysis of costs and efficiency of functioning of tool, repair and transport facilities, the site of improvement and life, the ACS department has been made and the main reasons of transition to outsourcing oriented at reduction of production costs, acceleration of adaptation to environmental conditions, improvement of product quality and reduction of risks have been revealed.
