Using the results of empiric analysis the authors have studied the determinants of military crime, in particular causes and conditions conducive to the commission of crimes against order of subordination and military honour namely administrative-organizational, social, social-psychological, national and legal ones. They also have studied informational, ideological, cultural and legal determinants which have mediate influence upon.
