The article considers the problems of committing offences by law enforcement officers. Attention is drawn to the fact that such offences represent the greatest danger to society and the state. The reasons and factors contributing to the commission of offences by law enforcement officers are studied, which are an important task for the development of effective strategies to prevent such acts.
