Subject of the crimes provided by art. 264 and 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Purpose: A research of legal value of a subject of a number of crimes in the sphere of traffic safety. Methodology: The author applied a formal-legal method and a method of studying of documents. Results: In article the legal analysis of criminal and legal value of a subject of a number of crimes in the sphere of traffic safety is given: the concept of the mechanical vehicles which are a subject of the crimes provided by the p. 2, 4 or 6 of Art. 264 and Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is investigated. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as contains conclusions and offers, valuable to science and practice.
