Pre-contractual disputes in current judicial practice

The article examines the most relevant disputes arising in judicial practice, based on the pre-contractual relations of the parties. Attention is drawn to the prevailing features in law enforcement, which must be taken into account by participants in civil law turnover when entering into pre-contractual relations.
