Precise stabilization of an image motion veloсity in a land-survey orbital telescope

We have considered an image motion velocity stabilization system embedded in an orbital land-survey telescope applied for a scanning optoelectronic observation of terrestrial objects. We carried out synthesis of algorithms for filtering a signal information and shortly described the digital control laws of piezo-ceramic driver taking into account a time delay. We have presented results on the efficiency of the embedded image motion velocity stabilization system.
