The legal facilities of security and safety of the means and technologies of the informatization in the education as the objects of the intellectual property

The article deals with the possibilities of using the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Part IV, regarding the results of the intellectual activity on the means and technologies of informatization in education as the objects of the intellectual property. There are given the examples of the informatization tools and technologies in education as well as the intellectual property objects and their copyright protection capabilities. The authors give the basic concepts of the patent law and its use for the security and protection of the informational technologies in the form of inventions, utility models, industrial samples and specific examples of the patents for the pedagogical products.
