Legal foundations of the administration system of the outer Mongolia in the period of Manchu domination (17th - early 20th centuries)

The article examines legal provisions laid in the foundation of admininstration of Outer Mongolia in the period of the Manchu Qing dynasty. It considers both Mongolian and Manchurian statutes of the law and the degree of influence of Chinese legal culture assimilated by the Manchus.
