Legal aspects of planning areas of placement of linear objects: Moscow experience

The author discusses the requirements established by the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, to the order of preparation and application of project planning area of the linear object placement in the overall context of law and urban land laws and practices of urban design. Formulate specific features of linear objects, limiting the scope of the project planning area of their placement. We give suggestions to improve the legal framework and structure of the project plan to ensure the enforcement of the results of urban planning in the area of property relations.
