Legal aspects of Russia's economic development: is an expected breakthrough possible?

The paper discusses some issues related to the expected breakthrough in the economic sphere; some problems hindering the growth of the Russian economy are investigated. The paper substantiates the need to develop an optimal model of the Russian economic development based on combining planned and market economy, forming a science-based system of strategic planning on the basis of a constitutional and legislative definition of the content of this institution, the mechanisms of their discussion. It is noted that it is necessary to create some mechanisms to restore population’s confidence in the system of state power for implementing national projects.
