Legal status of the advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee by the legislation of the Ukraine

Purpose: Research of a legal status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee and on the legislation of the Ukraine. Methodology: Formal-legal and comparative and legal methods were used. Results: In article the place and a role of the advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee in system of rendering the qualified legal aid to citizens and the organizations in Ukraine are analyzed, the detailed analysis of a legal status of these persons, a functional purpose of its activity and other requirements imposed to them is carried out. By results of the conducted research by the author the conclusions directed on improvement of a legal regulation of the status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee in Ukraine are formulated. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value and has the practical importance as is one of the first works devoted to the analysis of a legal status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee by the legislation of the Ukraine.
