The article discusses the concept of the authorized capital of a business company. Special attention is paid to the legal regime of the authorized capital, which consists in the separation of the authorized capital from the property of the participants, and the procedure for its formation and use for the obligations of the company and its participants. In addition, the article defines how the rights of participants differ depending on their share in the authorized capital.
