Legal regime of industrial parks as areas under special conditions of business activities realization

The article is devoted to a legal regime of industrial parks. The notion of industrial park is revealed, its features, types and legal framework are analyzed. The author concludes that changes and additions to the existing legislation on industrial parks are necessary, they should be aimed at ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of these areas residents.
