Legal regulation of the protection of cultural heritage in the Sverdlovsk region

The article is devoted to pressing issues of legal regulation of the sphere of protection of cultural heritage objects in the Russian Federation, more specifically in the Sverdlovsk region. Highlighting the main points of legislative regulation of the sphere, it is necessary to find out how the legislative framework works effectively to achieve the goals that are set in the provisions on objects of cultural heritage. It is required to determine the relevance of the problem. Also in the article, the author identifies areas for possible improvement of the legislation.
