Legal regulation of small entrepreneurship support in the Republic of Buryatia

The article is devoted to the development of small business in the Republic of Buryatia. it discusses the types of state support to small business by means of the republican target program. The conditions and order of providing subsidies to subjects of small and medium enterprises are studied. The specific nature of the Guaranteeing Fund is described, as well as ways of provision of promising projects, access to credit resources of banks and leasing companies. The special order of subsidies provision to entrepreneurs - beginners is considered for business foundation and implementation of innovative projects on the basis of conducting the republican competition “the Best Project of entrepreneur - beginner”.
