Legal regulation of cultural values movement: the problem of unification and harmonization of EEU legislation

The legal framework is one of the main instruments of regulation in the 21st century. Its use organizes and regulates all spheres of human life. Concerning cultural values the most important aspect is the legal regulation of their movement. Analysis of the Eurasian Economic Union legislation as well as national legislation of each member-country allows to state some recommendations for improving the legal regulation of cultural values movement. First of all, it has to be taken into account that to achieve results, which have already achieved the European Union we need a long period of active collaboration focused on unification and harmonization of the EEU members legislation.
