Legal regulation of restrictions at implementation of currency transactions

The federal law from 12/10/2003 No. 173-FZ "On currency regulation and currency control" sets restrictions at implementation of currency transactions. The present article is devoted to a research of a concept of currency restrictions, their introductions, forms of currency restrictions and their classification are more whole.
