Legal status of internal affairs officers in the Russian Federation

This article analyzes the legal status of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, which includes a number of rights and obligations. Both basic and special rights and obligations of law enforcement agencies are analyzed. Attention is paid to the structure of the administrative and legal status of employees of the internal affairs bodies.
